Provide the ability for a User in the Organization to take ownership of an exception
In our organization, many of us are watching exceptionless closely (we even have audio notifications in our development room). So, we frequently jump on investigation of issues reported by exceptionless. Unfortunately, a side-effect is that we have more than one person looking at (and fixing) the same issue. Conversely, we have had times when a recurring issue is ignored.
It would be great to have a way to "take ownership" (or assign ownership?) of an exception to show that it's being worked.
This is something we are considering adding in a future release. We’d recommend using an issue tracker along with the promote to external feature on the stack page. We have some preconfigured hooks on zapier.com for creating new cards on trello and adding a reference link / mark as fixed when a card is moved to done.
